How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered mobile number. You will receive an OTP to reset your password.
The app is crashing. What should I do?
Please ensure you have the latest version installed. Clear the app cache from your phone settings and restart the app. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
I am not receiving OTPs.
Please check if SMS is blocked for our number. Ensure your phone has network connectivity. Wait 2 minutes and try again. If the issue persists, use email OTP option.
How do I book a site visit from the app?
Open a project, tap "Book Site Visit", select your preferred date and time, and confirm. Our team will call you within 30 minutes to confirm.
